All
miele vacuum cleaners are tested for a life
of 1000 working hours - 20 years of vacuuming
to the average family. The body, castors and
buffer strip must withstand being dragged over
many kilometres of uneven ground, and the telescopic
tubes are extended and retracted a massive 120,000
times (the normal test limit is only 40,000
times).
With
the Miele system, once the dust is picked up
from the carpet, you need never see it again.
As the full bag is removed from the cleaner,
a flap automatically closes across the opening
so the dust remains hygienically inside the
bag and is quickly and easily disposed of. There
is no cleaner way to remove dust from your home.
The
Miele dustbag has a unique foam ring around
the point at which the suction hose connects
with it, which creates an absolutely tight dust
seal. this eal is automatically renewed with
each new bag inserted into the cleaner, retaining
an effective seal throughout the life of the
machine.
Furthermore,
the bag itself helps to prolong the life of
the Miele motor. The double-layered material
of which it is made acts as a filter, retaining
very fine particles of dust, so that air passing
out of the bag has already been filtered before
it encounters the motor filter. This filters
it for a second time, so the air entering the
motor is extremely clean and deposits no grit
or dust in the motor itself. Finally, the air
exits from the cleaner through the electrostatically
charged Super Air Clean filter, and upon release
is cleaner than the air in the room.
If
you are looking for a cleaner with a difference,
Miele can offer you an alternative. The brand
new model (S143) is the perfect alternative
to a full sized vacuum cleaner. With its slim
body and neat little floorhead, it is ideal
for small flats and is great as a second cleaner
in a large house.
